Ball Arena
When Kroenke Sports & Entertainment partnered with Ball Corporation as their Official and Exclusive Sustainability Partner, they announced the ambitious goal of transiting Ball Arena to aluminum beverage packaging for 100% of the venue’s concessions. To engage fans and create an efficient means of collection, Ball Arena came to Max-R to design the venue’s new waste and recycle stations.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium
Mercedes-Benz Stadium had the lofty goal to become the most sustainable sports venue in the world. The beautiful, uniquely designed stadium was scheduled to open in August 2017. Prior to their opening, the Mercedes-Benz team came to Max-R to partner together on a bin design that supported all of their sustainability and recycling initiatives.

The University of Alberta was drawn to working with Max-R because of their ability to customize the bin. It was important to them that the color be throughout the entire waste stream, not just on a door or graphic. They needed a coordinated solution that housed rolling carts for large volume collection in residential dining and smaller capacity supporting bins.
